Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. (Linkedin is important)

Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, company website, and email marketing campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and HR consulting services.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for digital engagement.

Oversee the company s online reputation and respond to inquiries or feedback on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and online workshops to engage clients and prospects.

Ensure all digital marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across channels.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the HR, consulting, or professional services sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and online advertising platforms.

Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
