Job Description for Digital Marketing Executive - Nada Happiness Trading LLC

About the Role
The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all Nada Happiness divisions and locations. This role focuses on driving online visibility, brand engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions through social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategies. The position requires a mix of creativity, analytical ability, and strategic thinking to enhance the company's overall digital presence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Social Media Engagement
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
Email Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to build customer relationships and drive conversions.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
- Maintain and segment mailing lists for better campaign targeting.
SEO & SEM Management
- Optimize company websites and landing pages for higher organic search rankings.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid campaigns to achieve desired ROI.
- Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, and PPC performance.
Content Creation & Quality Control
- Develop creative and relevant content for the company digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and vendors to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and message alignment across all materials.
Campaign Planning & Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align digital campaigns with business goals and product launches.
- Ensure user experience optimization on all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, performance trends, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular digital market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize findings to enhance digital strategies and content planning.
- Identify opportunities for brand differentiation and new digital engagement areas.
Customer Engagement & Community Management
- Interact with customers through social media platforms, responding to queries and feedback.
- Foster online communities to strengthen customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Manage the company online reputation and monitor public sentiment.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with sales, retail, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and content creators when required.
- Ensure consistent communication and feedback across marketing operations.
Innovation & Trend Adaptation
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
- Propose and test new ideas to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Drive continuous innovation in Nada Happiness digital marketing approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment in Retail / FMCG Industry.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track and analyze marketing performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing web content for search engines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and a proven track record in growing social media presence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be beneficial for global outreach.
- Having GCC Experience is an advantage.
