Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, or services. You will contribute to enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires an in-depth understanding of current and emerging digital marketing trends and strategies, as well as an ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the broader marketing team and support teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Mastery of digital marketing platforms, a creative flair, and analytical skills are essential to measure and optimize campaign performance.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO, and social media strategies efficiently.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Use data-driven tools to track and assess marketing campaign efficiency.
  • Create engaging and informative content for owned digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Manage digital agencies and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and third-party stakeholders.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement where necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media strategies implementation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and how they function.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences effectively.
