Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve overall digital strategy.
- Manage social media accounts, crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives user interaction.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies that inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling visuals and copy that align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website traffic and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
- Oversee email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance analysis to maximize open and conversion rates.
- Utilize PPC advertising strategies on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and achieve ROI goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously refine skills and strategies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads, demonstrating proficiency in key digital marketing tools.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot, facilitating efficient content creation and management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau, enabling informed decision-making based on campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for crafting compelling content and collaborating with teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, capable of developing innovative marketing solutions and adapting to changing trends.
