Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Exhibits a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that have driven significant results.
