Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. This role would particularly suit a proactive, dynamic individual with a flair for analytics and strategy. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with other departments to strategize and execute media campaigns across various digital platforms. A deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies is essential, coupled with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns using a range of platforms.
  • Oversee the social media strategy and its content creation accordingly.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking platforms.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Fix any errors in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure the brand is ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maintain lead generation goals.
  • Provide substantial insights on marketing data and produces actionable reports.
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for the website.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, predicting any fluctuations.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological installations and formats.
  • Coordinate with media buyers in executing digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing or advertising position for 3+ years.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, and email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbally articulated.
