Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies tailored to the Omani and GCC markets, utilizing SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, programmatic advertising, and AI-powered tools.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of four or more marketers. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • ROI & Analytics:
  • Define and track KPIs, ensuring each campaign is measurable and delivers strong return on investment. Use analytics to optimize campaigns in real-time and produce insightful performance reports for leadership.
  • Outsourcing & Partner Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology providers when in-house expertise is unavailable, including areas like web design, e-commerce development, and media buying.
  • Business Development Vision:
  • Support the strategic goal of launching and managing a marketing agency that serves internal and external clients, with potential to grow into a profitable, stand-alone business unit.
  • Market Understanding:
  • Demonstrate deep awareness of the Omani and GCC business landscape, consumer behaviors, and marketing channels. Customize messaging and positioning to fit local market culture and language.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

Demonstrated success in leading sizable marketing projects that significantly improved business outcomes

Strong expertise in digital tools, analytics platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and AI-based marketing solutions

Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and build external partnerships

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Deep understanding of Omani and GCC market dynamics and cultural nuances

Valid Omani driving license or ability to obtain one

Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take ownership of launching a new agency if required

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong network within Oman and GCC media, influencers, or agency ecosystem
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
