Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's platforms
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and track performance
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Attend exhibitions and events to represent the brand
- Handle on-site sales, customer engagement, and product showcasing at events
- Assist with content shoots and product displays
- Collaborate with the team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies
- Generate engaging content for social media platforms and assist in managing social media accounts
- Provide creative ideas to enhance the company's online presence and increase brand awareness
- Support in coordinating marketing and sales events, both virtual and in-person
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with clients through various communication channels
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to suggest new ideas for improving marketing and sales efforts
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in social media apps or willingness to learn is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in digital marketing or sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Availability to work remotely and attend occasional meetings in Dubai
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to film, edit, and produce short videos
- Basic photo/video editing skills (mobile or desktop)
- Good communication and sales skills
- Willingness to attend exhibitions, events, and pop-ups
