� Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate) – Full Time We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute all digital marketing activities for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in lead generation, paid advertising, tracking, content creation, and social media management. � Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing). Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on real estate lead generation. Build and optimize lead generation funnels to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead. Set up tracking through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. Develop monthly content calendars and manage social media platforms. Create visual content using Canva or any similar design tool. Manage and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates. Handle CRM integration and lead management (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Support WhatsApp and email marketing activities. � Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in UAE real estate. Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory). Proven track record in real estate lead generation is essential. Skilled in using Canva or alternative design tools. Good understanding of SEO fundamentals. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
