Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and Twitter/X.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns — including audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget optimization for real estate lead generation.
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Run Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, monitor performance metrics, and report on KPIs regularly.
Generate high-quality, qualified leads for real estate properties — residential, commercial, and off-plan — using targeted digital funnels and landing pages.
Produce and edit professional marketing videos for property showcases, reels, shorts, ads, and brand storytelling using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
Design visually compelling social media posts, banners, brochures, and ad creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Handle photo editing and enhancement of property images for listings, posts, and campaigns.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence — create content calendars, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and grow organic following.
Build and manage paid social media campaigns from start to finish — strategy, creative, targeting, launch, monitoring, and reporting.
Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and content planning to improve organic search visibility for the company website and property listings.
Set up and manage CRM integration with ad platforms to track leads, nurture pipelines, and attribute conversions accurately.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools — prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all digital and social media platforms.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with property launches, promotions, and sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience
Prior real estate marketing experience preferred
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
Portfolio of past campaigns and creative work required
Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
