Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and online bookings. Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with measurable ROI and performance tracking. Develop high-quality video content, online flyers, and digital creatives to attract new patients and promote dental services. Build and manage social media funnels to capture, nurture, and convert leads into confirmed appointments. Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and keywords to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost per lead. Collaborate with management to set monthly lead and sales targets. Manage the clinic’s online reputation by responding to inquiries, reviews, and comments professionally. Prepare monthly performance and analytics reports on campaigns, leads, and sales results. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities. Attend and host external meetings, partnerships, or influencer collaborations to promote the clinic.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a proven record in online sales, lead generation, and patient acquisition for our dental clinic in Al Barsha, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an expert in video marketing, paid social media campaigns, and digital advertising aimed at driving appointments and revenue growth. This role requires a creative marketer who understands both the aesthetic and performance aspects of digital campaigns and can confidently represent the clinic in external meetings and collaborations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in lead generation and online sales. Proven skills in Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools. Hands-on experience in video production, editing, and content creation using Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut. Strong understanding of conversion optimization, ad targeting, and analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for meetings or content shoots. Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality suited for client-facing interactions. Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or dental marketing. Knowledge of SEO, CRM systems, and website optimization. Ability to manage influencer collaborations and local partnerships.
