Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose:
The Digital Service Adoption Representative is a key role focused on driving the use and understanding of digital banking services among customers and internal teams.
This position aims to enhance user adoption rates and improve overall digital service engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote Digital Services: Actively engage with staff to promote digital banking services, explaining benefits and features to encourage adoption.
Conduct Training Sessions: Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on using digital platforms effectively.
Support Adoption Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of digital adoption initiatives and campaigns to increase user engagement with digital services.
Stakeholder Assistance: Provide direct support to staff, addressing inquiries related to digital services and helping resolve any issues they encounter.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement in digital processes. Work closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Digital Strategic Programs and other team members to implement strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing digital service adoption. Perform all the task provide by manger as and when required.
Documentation: Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to aid in the understanding and use of digital services.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Strong interest in digital technologies and their applications in banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of digital banking services is a plus.
Positive CAN-DO attitude.
Flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs.

Qualification And Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
