Job Description
The Direct Channel Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing strong partnerships with our key customers solidifying our relationship through CVPs that drive long term loyalty and raise the barrier against competitor offers. CVPs are sector driven and based on customer challenges. The DCMS's role cuts across B2B and B2C sectors including automotive, construction, fleet, steel, cement and others. The DCMS is responsible for developing growth strategies across each sector that drive both business objectives and brand health as well as value for our customers. In addition, this role offers development opportunity into brand management where the DCMS will act as the custodian of the B2B Masterbrand "Together Anything is Possible," and will develop the platform across relevant channels and realizing it across all sectors. In addition, the DCMS will support sales with prospecting, investment modeling and B2B distributor management.

Requirements
• Develop and own sector strategies
• Build pipeline across direct key sectors
• Collaborate with pricing manager on portfolio and pricing strategy
• Drive brand activities through and to relevant customers
• Ensure activation of OEM contracts with regards to FWS branding, sticker placement, co-branding, and activations.
• Run sector activities, events, PR, etc.
• Extend brand promotions and campaigns through relevant sectors
• Introduce sector specific CVPs
• Support sales with investment modeling, customer and distributor management
• Leverage our existing OEM partnerships to create new business opportunities for Shell across branded shops, distributors, customers and other partners.
• Build new partnerships with B2B customers creating new opportunities for leveraging our brand
• Develop standards for co-branding across OEMs creating a consistent appearance of our brands on OEM advertising, digital media, etc.
• Build brand advocacy from within our customer's organizations
• Develop the B2B Masterbrand across relevant channels including digital
• Leverage brand campaigns across various sectors and targeting sector influencers
• Identify and develop new sector specific revenue streams
