Roles & Responsibilities

· Drive business development for Accounting, Audit & Tax (UAE Mainland & Free Zones); deliver predictable new revenue.

· Lead pursuits end-to-end: discovery, solution design, pricing, proposals, and negotiation to close.

· Grow existing accounts via cross-sell/up-sell (accounting → audit → tax → advisory).

· Set pricing guardrails and approval matrix; uphold standards (IFRS/ISA/IESBA; FTA VAT & Corporate Tax; ESR/TP).

· Build and coach a high-performing team (managers/seniors/associates) across BD and delivery.

· Ensure engagement governance: signed PSA/SOW, KYC, onboarding, billing & collections.

· Forecast and report on pipeline, win rate, margins, collections, and client satisfaction (NPS).

Desired Candidate Profile

· 10+ years in professional services with proven sales and P&L impact across Accounting, Audit, and Tax.

· Consistent record winning mid-market/SME mandates and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

· Credentials: CA/ACCA/CPA (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax, ESR, and Transfer Pricing.

· Executive presence, negotiation strength, and consultative selling ability.

· Fluency with CRM (Zoho or similar), MS/Google Suite; practice-management tools a plus.
