Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Global Sales Leadership
- Own international sales strategy and execution across target markets.
- Drive revenue through both direct sales and indirect/partner-led sales models.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of global enterprise opportunities.
Partner-Led Growth
- Identify, onboard, and enable international partners and system integrators.
- Co-sell with partners to accelerate market penetration and expand global footprint.
- Support partners in positioning, messaging, and commercializing Inception s AI portfolio.
Enterprise Account Management
- Lead strategic engagements with large multinational customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Understand customer business challenges and align Inception s AI solutions to their needs.
Market Expansion & GTM Execution
- Develop go-to-market plans for new regions in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive dynamics, and regional nuances.
- Represent Inception at international conferences, events, and partner forums.
Travel & On-Ground Engagement
- Travel extensively to meet customers, partners, and regional stakeholders.
- Build strong in-region presence and maintain strategic face-to-face interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, partnerships, and sales operations teams to ensure effective global execution.
- Provide regional insights to influence product development and GTM strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Attributes for Success
Proven ability to sell complex Data & AI or Business Application SaaS solutions to large international enterprises.
Strong experience managing both direct sales cycles and partner-driven motions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong executive presence.
High resilience, adaptability, and capability to thrive in diverse markets and fast-paced environments.
Strong cultural awareness and ability to build trust across regions.
Qualifications
10+ years of international enterprise sales experience, preferably in Data & AI or SaaS.
Demonstrated success selling into large multinational accounts.
Fluent in English and Spanish/German/French/Italian as second language (additional languages are a plus).
Experience partnering with global system integrators or channel partners.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Based in the UAE.
