• Development and execution of a best practice IR strategy including :
• Maintenance and growing of the institutional equity shareholder base
• Management of sell-side analyst community
• Management of relationships with credit analysts/ratings agencies/bond investors
• Best-in-class IR channel management
• Manage the flow of information across the business and to/from senior management
• Manage a team of IR professionals that balances the management of domestic (Saudi) retail / institutional, GCC institutional and international institutional investors (US, Europe, Asia)
• Tracking institutional ownership
• Proactively following up existing and potential new investors
• First point of contact for the investor community
• Responding rapidly to incoming requests from the investor community
• Facilitating and conducting investor meetings and calls; drafting talking points for management
• Developing an appropriate international investor conference calendar
• Developing an appropriate non-deal roadshow calendar (for existing and potential investors)
• Supporting the CEO/CFO in drafting the equity story to investors
• Leading the development of an IR presentation, quarterly presentations and reports including Q&As
• Developing a considered investment bank/investor conference calendar
• Leading the drafting of the company annual report
• Drafting and releasing appropriate notices to the stock market(s)
• Working closely with the Corporate Communications team (primarily on PR activity to support IR efforts)
• Managing relationship with analysts and bankers and other key stakeholders (stock exchanges, etc.)
• Keeping the Insider Information Lists
• Managing external IR vendors
• Collecting competitor and market intelligence
• Creating a reporting schedule for the management committee
• Drafting IR reports for the Board

Finance / Treasury

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:
• Relevant Masters or Bachelor s Degree
Minimum Experience:
• 10 years experience in similar function (e.g. corporate IR department, IR agency, sell side experience etc.) in an international company
• Extensive experience of drafting regulatory and press releases
• Extensive experience with giving and making presentations
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding being a listed company
• Saudi and / or GCC experience is useful, but not essential; likewise Arabic language is useful but not essential
• Sector experience is useful, but not essential
• Experience of managing multiple and geographically spread internal stakeholders
• Thorough understanding of the business value chain
