Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and business plans. Lead the execution of multiple projects simultaneously across different sectors. Establish KPIs and performance monitoring systems for projects and departments.

Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, and profitability.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.

Review project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans; take corrective actions where necessary.

Ensure adherence to FIDIC/local contractual requirements and industry standards.

Direct manpower planning, equipment utilization, and subcontractor management. Approve project staffing, recruitment, and succession planning for key roles.

Champion a strong safety culture across all sites; ensure compliance with HSE policies and local regulations.

Oversee quality control systems and ensure adherence to ISO, local authority, and client requirements.

Implement lessons learned and corrective actions across projects.

Act as the main link between senior management, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on operational matters.

Support business development and tendering by providing execution strategies and operational input.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, authorities, and strategic partners. Review and approve project cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.

Drive cost optimization initiatives across projects and divisions.

Support claims, variations, and commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
