Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the operations of IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) committees, ensuring efficient and fair resolution processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of IDR committee reviews, including process improvements and best practices.
Manage and mentor a team of IDR committee members and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Manage the budget for IDR committee operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze complex disputes, legal documents, and financial data to prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for the committees.
Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in dispute resolution to inform committee strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or a related field within the financial services industry.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
Exhibits experience in managing and leading teams, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the organization's global operations is advantageous.
Exhibits proficiency in using relevant software and tools for dispute resolution and data analysis.
