Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Manage, guide, and supervise the marketing team, assigning projects and ensuring goals are met.
- Budget management: Create and oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources across various channels and campaigns.
- Market research: Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and conduct competitor research to inform strategy.
- Campaign management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and achieve company goals.
- Brand management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive brand image.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and adjust plans as needed.
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans to align with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
