Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor budgets, financing plans and dashboards. Directeur d'Administration Finances et Comptabilit - DAFC
  • Oversee the accounting, HR, general resources and tax departments.
  • Ensure legal, tax and social compliance.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors and administrations.
  • Participate in strategic decisions with General Management.

Required skills:

  • Expertise in corporate finance, accounting, taxation and employment law.
  • Leadership, strategic sense and rigor.
  • Proficiency in ERP and reporting tools.
  • Ability to structure and secure internal processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & experience:

  • Bac+5 in finance, accounting or management.
  • 8-10 years of experience in financial management, ideally in an industrial environment.

Hierarchical position: Reporting to General Management.
