Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of residential projects in Districts 2 and 3, from initial planning stages to final delivery.
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies that maximize quality, efficiency, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate vision into practical outcomes that meet market expectations.
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance with project goals.
- Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability in accordance with industry best practices.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the project delivery team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous)
- At least 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the residential sector
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing large-scale residential developments
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to ensure effective monitoring and reporting
