Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the product design team and oversee the development of the dating app s design strategy Define design guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and appealing user experience Collaborate closely with product management, development, and other relevant teams to understand and implement design requirements Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new features and product enhancements Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience Lead and develop a team of product designers, including hiring, training, and motivating staff Continuously evaluate and improve the product design process to ensure efficiency and quality Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and sales to support the company s design goals

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in mobile application or digital product development
  • Proven track record of leading design projects and developing successful product design strategies
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar programs
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a design team
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design and UX principles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively
  • Knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Fluent English skills; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
