Job Summary
Looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the sales department, develop strategies, drive revenue, and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple business segments.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (MBA preferred).

7 10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3 5 years in leadership.

Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
