Key Responsibilities:-
• Lead a team of 10 to 12 property consultants
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Set KPIs for the team, in conjunction with the Sales Head and ensure the achievement of the same
• Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
• Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
• Guiding the team on effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
• Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.

• Assist the team to finalise the terms of agreement and closing sales
• Ensure that the team maximises all sales opportunities
• Conduct induction and sales training for all new team members. Also, take charge of any refresher training that needs to be conducted
• Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis
• Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
• Work closely with recruitment to expand the team and coordinate with client management, finance and HR as required
• Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making
Essential Requirements:-
• Minimum 6 to 10 years experience in the Real Estate/Insurance/Banking, with at least 3 years in team management role in Dubai.
• Sales experience with a real estate developer is mandatory
• Proven track record of success in the sales function
• Enthusiastic approach, with a go getter and hands-on attitude
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
