What will I be doing?

As Director of Spa & Recreation, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead the overall operations of the spa, fitness center, and recreational facilities
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue, membership sales, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee service excellence and ensure that all areas consistently reflect Hiltons standards
• Manage the departmental budget, including forecasting, payroll control, and cost efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Spa & Recreation team to achieve departmental and individual goals
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
• Stay up to date with wellness trends and implement innovative offerings

• Exceptional guest service and people management skills
• Relevant certifications in spa therapy, fitness, or wellness (preferred)
• Passion for delivering unique and high-quality wellness experiences
