Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute financial strategies for the technology division, aligned with company-wide goals.
* Oversee the annual budgeting process for IT operations, infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
* Present financial results, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and investment assessments to senior leadership and board members.
* Track performance of all technology projects to ensure optimal resource utilization and strong investment returns.
* Establish governance frameworks for financial decisions related to technology spending and compliance.
* Manage a comprehensive portfolio of technology investments to support both short- and long-term priorities.
* Partner with business operations, strategy, and technology heads to align financial decisions with broader organizational outcomes.
* Evaluate and implement advanced financial tools, systems, and processes that enhance transparency and scalability.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* 12 15 years of finance experience, including at least 7 years overseeing technology-related financial operations.
* Proven ability to lead high-performing finance teams in technology-focused environments.
* Strong background managing budgets and financial frameworks for digital transformation and large-scale IT projects.
* Expertise in financial modelling, capital planning, and performance measurement.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
