This position sits at the strategic heart of the transformation programme, providing expert counsel that shapes how change unfolds across the client organisation. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to design comprehensive change approaches that align with business objectives while minimising disruption. Success in this role requires sophisticated understanding of organisational dynamics, exceptional influencing skills, and the ability to translate complex transformation concepts into practical strategies that drive sustainable change.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the development of comprehensive change management strategies and frameworks for the clients Transformation Programme
  • Provide senior counsel to client leadership on change readiness, impact assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Design and oversee the implementation of change roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives
  • Mentor and guide the change team to ensure consistent delivery of change management activities
  • Develop innovative approaches to complex change challenges based on industry best practices
  • Create measurement frameworks to track and demonstrate the impact of change initiatives

Experience That Contributes To Success

  • 20+ years of experience in leading complex change management programmes, preferably in large organisations
  • Proven track record of advising C-suite executives on transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with government entities or energy sector organisations
  • Strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into practical change approaches
  • Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience in the Middle East region would be advantageous
