Job Description and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The Director Performance Management will support the Senior Director, Performance & Program Management to deliver business effectiveness through performance management (Scorecards and reporting), business planning (Multiyear and Annual), managing strategic business initiatives, and facilitating the effective use of CEMEA Leadership meetings (e.g. MBRs, QBRs and OpComms)
• Role will be based in Dubai reporting into the Senior Director, Performance and Program Management
• This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports
Primary responsibilities of the position are to:
• Support the Senior Director, Performance and Program Management (BPO) and Head of CEMEA BPO in business planning, tracking and achieving agreed business goals
• Performance Management: Facilitate agreement of CEMEA Scorecard measures. Report progress and flag issues early
• Support the regional usage and enhancement of the globally provided Management Dashboards (inc. Scorecard reporting) to meet CEMEA s needs
• Business Planning: Support the multiyear and annual business planning cycle
• Facilitate an integrated view of CEMEA strategic priorities and plans from Geographies, ensuring market plans are understood and shared by supporting functions
• Manage key business initiatives: Maintain alignment and work closely with Functional and Country management teams, acting as a project manager on strategic or pan-regional projects, including tracking of progress against agreed milestones, designing and managing a governance structure, highlighting issues, and creating a mechanism for corrective action when required
• Facilitation of effective CLT meetings: Manage the provision of the agenda s, pre meeting materials and presentations for Global Monthly Business Reviews, CEMEA Quarterly Business Reviews and CEMEA Operating Committees
• Own the CLT Meeting SharePoint site communicating dates and submission deadlines
• Ongoing monitoring of actions related to QBRs/MBRs and Operating Committees (OpComm)

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Competencies
• Focused on delivery of results through effective planning and solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong execution ability to deliver against tight deadlines
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrix organisation
• Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to think strategically, problem solve and manage details
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to key stakeholders
• High level of self-motivation and initiative with ability to learn quickly and deal with complexity and ambiguity
Required Experience (education, skills - professional/technical/business)
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years work experience with knowledge of the payments business. International experience and exposure to matrixed organizations preferable
• Experience in handling projects with multiple work streams, and coordinating complex cross-enterprise processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Good competency with MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
