Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a change agent by driving the continuous improvement agenda and embedding best practices across GA&AS.

Provide independent assurance that internal audit delivery meets internal standards and the Institute of Internal Auditors Standards and Code of Ethics.

Ensure QAIP initiatives are fully integrated into internal audit methodologies, procedures, and day-to-day practices.

Act as custodian of internal audit governance documents, including charters, manuals, and frameworks.

Support the Chief Audit Officer and GA&AS Leadership in enhancing audit methodologies and governance frameworks.

Lead and project-manage annual audit risk assessments, ensuring availability of accurate data and business intelligence.

Monitor and report on execution of the annual audit plan, highlighting delays, restrictions, and scope-related issues.

Oversee the effective use of Audit Management Software and ensure consistent adoption across all audit engagements.

Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting submissions to ARC and the Board.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Quality Management, or related fields.

Professional certifications such as CIA or CQA strongly preferred.

Strong experience in internal audit functions, consulting environments, or governance roles.

Experience in quality assurance, benchmarking assessments, maturity evaluations, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

18+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years in a management role with proven leadership and communication skills.
