The ideal incumbent should be a 40 years old Indian, with strong 15 plus years of Business Development and Sales experience having headed sales and business development for an IT organisation focusing and dealing with the aviation sector ( baggage handling equipment / systems will be best )
He should be a Senior Sales leader who can deliver to a P & L and comfortable to address a global market and living out of a suitcase . RFID solutions experience is not a necessity , though an asset . .
The person would be responsible for the complete P&L management and report to the CEO.
He should be an individual who is more of a Sales and Business development person who has the drive to expand the business globally.
Experience in the Middle East market is an advantage.
