Dispatcher SHJ, ENVIRONMENT CO, LLC - BEE'AH

Role Purpose: The incumbent is responsible for controlling and supervising the fleet team members which includes organizing their workload & plan tasks, allocating work and monitor their performance. Accountabilities: • Ensure Vehicle availability for executing the Waste Collection and related activities. • Ensure the vehicles dispatch and complete their tasks on time. • Check driver’s attendance at start and end of every shift and update the data entry in the system. • Follow up with drivers to ensure they maintain proper waste manifests and check list for vehicles. • Ensure that all the vehicles are accident free, clean, properly maintained and covered under insurance policy & government road permits. • Coordinate with Workshop department in the event of vehicle breakdown and accident. • Reroute the vehicle or arrange replacement vehicle in case of accident or breakdown to avoid miss collection. • Ensure that all drivers are qualified & fit to drive the waste collection vehicles as per their assignment. • Maintain in the system all the data and reports related to fleet and driver. • Communicate all the work progress, problems and decisions with line Superior. • Update the Daily Dispatch Map and Master Sheet as per the daily dispatches. • Ensure that all the drivers follow the HSE procedures. • Providing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Fleet related Reports as required by the Line Manager • Send all vehicles for washing and Greasing daily as per the plan. • Monitor the Vehicle Traffic Fines on regular basis and report it with the user details to the Line Manager on Monthly basis or as frequently as required.

HSE Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance to company’s Health & Safety policy & procedures. • Provide cooperation to the company’s practices with regard to safety, health and welfare at work. • Not to engage in any improper conduct that could endanger his / her own safety and health or that of anyone else. • Participate in HSE trainings offered by the company. • Make proper use of all machinery, tools, substances, etc. and PPEs provided for use at work. • Report any Near-miss and all accidents and work-related injuries at workplace and any defects in tools, equipment etc., which might endanger the safety and health to the immediate supervisor / manager • Be familiar with the work site emergency and evacuation procedures and evacuation routes.
