Kitopi currently runs kitchen networks in New York, London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia with more than 1200 members of staff. On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate demand for an entrepreneurial, focused, dynamic and energetic Dispatcher to be based in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia.
Core Responsibilities
• Greet the delivery drivers with a big smile
• Receive and dispatch orders
• Monitor the status of delivery orders to coordinate and prioritize accordingly
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
• Maintain proper packaging of all delivery orders of our partnered brands
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts
• Comply with the company environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
• Excellent communication skills
• Brilliant multi-tasker
• Team player
• Friendly and proactive
