Distribution Package Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team!
What You ll Be Doing
- Manage specific work packages (e.g., civil, mechanical, or electrical), ensuring alignment with project milestones and specifications.
- Coordinate design submissions, reviews, and approvals with DELIVERY CONTRACTORS and SUPERVISION CONSULTANTS.
- Monitor package execution, addressing any technical or schedule- related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and regulatory standards within the package scope.
- Maintain detailed records of progress and issues, providing inputs for project reporting.
What Required Skills You ll Bring
- A bachelor s degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Civil, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers.
- 15+ years in managing specialized engineering packages within EPC Contractor projects
