Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate demand forecasts for wholesale partners based on sales trends, order patterns, and market performance
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance by account, identifying risks and opportunities to improve sell-through and reduce excess inventory
- Coordinate with Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales, stock, and intake reports for wholesale accounts
- Support end-of-season stock clearance planning in line with margin targets and partner agreements
- Collaborate with Finance to validate margins and assess the impact of discounts, markdowns, and promotions on trade profitability
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams to ensure effective information flow and follow-up actions
- Maintain close relationships with wholesale partners to understand demand drivers, sales trends, and product preferences
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a planning or distribution role
- Mandatory experience within a retail environment
- Prior experience in Beauty and Skincare retail is required
- Proven exposure to distribution and wholesale operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
