Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities /
- Supervise the daily work of subordinates in the workshop and ensure that jobs are finished properly on time.
- Ensure smooth coordination with other divisions and sections in order to guarantee on time delivery of services.
- Ensure QMS compliance, CR activities, ERP etc. as directed by the Management.
- Monitor Administration of Workshop and submission of various reports on productivity, efficiency, technical matters, QMS, CR as needed.
- Supervise the preparation of Work-in-progress reports in addition to pending jobs reports for the Auto Body Shop workshop.
- Support the LV and HVCE Workshops in painting and fabrication jobs as necessary.
- Attend all inquiries required by the Service Center Manager as necessary.
- Ensure that all inquiries (financial/technical/administrative) required by Head Office are fulfilled.
- Carry out marketing visits to customers to promote the services provided by the Auto Body Shop Workshop and to bring new customers to the workshop.
- Maintaining relationships with insurance companies and adjusters in order to settle claims quickly and fairly.
- Reviewing estimates prepared by estimators to ensure that they are reasonable and within industry standards.
- Managing a team of technicians and other employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are repaired within time frames specified by insurers or as per OEM standards.
- Prepare yearly expected financial budget for the Auto Body Shop Workshop.
- Accountability for meeting and improving customer satisfaction targets.
- Continuously improve the Technical & Managerial skills of subordinates.
- Conduct /delegate the yearly performance appraisal of subordinates & provide/arrange training as required.
- Payment collections and debtors monitoring should be top priority.
- Achieve and maintain and embed all best practice and lean activities as dictated by business strategy.
- Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (Automobile preferred)
- Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 5 years of experience within GCC countries.

- Mechanical/Electrical skills.
- Technical products knowledge for different manufacturers.
- Knowledge of ISO 9PHONE_NUMBER procedures.
- Managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
- Rapport building skills.
