Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site civil engineering activities for G+1 projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, local regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, identifying potential issues and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, calculations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

  • Holds a valid DM (Dubai Municipality) certification for G+1 projects, demonstrating expertise in local regulations.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on G+1 residential or commercial building projects in Dubai.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of structural design, construction methodologies, and building codes specific to Dubai.
