Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing, supporting & optimizing the KEYLOOP Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure smooth operations across Sales, Service, Parts & Finance functions.

The role involves system configuration, user support, training, troubleshooting

Good understanding of dealership workflows
