Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all project documents (drawings, reports, contracts, correspondence).
Ensure proper document control procedures are followed.
Track and record document revisions and approvals.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions.
Maintain document logs and filing systems (physical and electronic).
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Archive completed project documents as per company policy.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with document control standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in contracting/construction.
Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with document management systems (Aconex, EDMS, or similar) is an advantage.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
