Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling all project documentation during the Design stage, including:Concept Design
Schematic Design
Detailed Design
Tender Documentation - Identifying and organize project deliverables across various design phases.
- Ensuring proper classification, version control, and tracking of documents.
- Coordinating with consultants and engineers to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of documents for Authority Approvals.
- Maintaining compliance with project-specific document control procedures and standards.
- Technical Expertise:
- Ability to identify and differentiate between various drawing disciplines, including:Architectural
Structural
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
ID - Familiarity with different types of drawings, such as:Authority Approved Drawings
Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings
Issued for Tender Drawings
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in document control within the Pre-Contract/Design phase.
- Strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes and documentation standards.
- Must be located in UAE
- Proficiency in document control platforms (e.g., Aconex, Unifier, Procore).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage high volumes of documentation.
