Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and log incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain document control systems, both electronic and physical.
- Ensure all documents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Track document revisions and maintain version control.
- Assist project teams with document retrieval and filing.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare reports related to document status and control activities.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Train staff on document control procedures and systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with document management software and databases.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of industry-specific documentation standards is advantageous.
