Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Revit, Navis, Civil 3D, AutoCAD models
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
- Create and maintain BIM models, incorporating relevant information such as materials, costs, and construction schedules for effective project management.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans to identify potential design conflicts and propose solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry best practices to enhance modeling efficiency and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, , or SolidWorks is essential for producing high-quality technical drawings.
- Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree
- Exhibits proficiency in using BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
