Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings from IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings using AUTOCAD.

• Interpret IFC drawings, specifications, and design intent to create precise and constructible shop drawings for

materials and installations.

• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to resolve discrepancies, clarify design details, and

ensure compliance with project standards.

• Ensure all shop drawings adhere to industry and or Authority regulations, project specifications, and

client requirements.

• Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, updating drawings to reflect changes, and maintaining

accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure shop drawings meet on-site construction and

installation needs.

• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation for quality control and

future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • System Expertise - Designing of Fire Alarm System, Fire & Gas Devices, Linear Heat Detection(LHD) System, High-Sensitivity Smoke Detection system (HSSD), Clean Agent System, Firefighting System
  • Knowledge on NFPA standards, Oil & gas (ADNOC) requirements.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC fire standards (AGES & DGS) is highly preferred.
