As a Draftsman specializing in Fitout and Joinery, you will be instrumental in bringing architectural concepts to life. You will work closely with designers, architects, and engineers to translate project requirements into detailed technical drawings. Your expertise will ensure the precision of detailed plans that support construction, assembly, and installation processes. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed fitout and joinery drawings using CAD software according to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand design intents.
• Review and interpret design briefs and prepare accurate project drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and clarify designs.
• Maintain and update drawings repository, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information.
• Assist in project planning by providing accurate timelines and deliverables.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure project accuracy.
• Provide technical support and guidance for in-field implementation of designs.
• Create 3D models for client presentations and project visualizations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in fitout and joinery design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Draftsman, specifically in fitout and joinery projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and other relevant programs.
• Strong understanding of joinery and interior fitout construction principles.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans accurately.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with building regulations and quality standards within the industry.
