Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and cutting lists.

  • Coordinate with site engineers for updates and measurements

  • Utilize CAD software

  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project managers, based on site conditions and client requirements.

  • Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in drafting, architecture, or engineering technology is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in design principles.

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and preparation of detailed shop drawings.

  • Strong knowledge of marble/stone layouts (flooring, cladding, vanity).

  • Ability to interpret BOQ, IFC drawings, and specifications.

  • Experience in site measurements and as-built drawings.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience demonstrates a solid understanding of drafting practices and standards.
