Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans for buildings.
    • Collaborate with construction teams to gather project requirements and specifications.
    • Use CAD software to prepare both rough sketches and detailed drawings.
    • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering team.
    • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the project team.
    • Maintain accurate records of drawings and project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Degree from a technical college is also acceptable.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software ( Revit is an advantage ).
    • Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of construction technologies and trends.
    • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
    • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
    • Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
