Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To create detailed technical drawings, cutting lists, and 3D models for Joinery instead & fit-out projects, ensuring efficient material usage and seamless manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D fabrication drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to quality standards.
- Generate accurate cutting lists to minimize material waste.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings by incorporating changes and modifications from the site.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.
- Coordinate with the site team during installation to address any discrepancies or adjustments required in the drawings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy: 100% error-free drawings and cutting lists.
- Efficiency: On-time delivery of designs for 98% of projects.
- Material Optimization: 5% material wastage.
