• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Hold relevant certifications such as AutoCAD Certified Professional or Revit Certified Professional.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of steel detailing, curtain wall systems, and cladding materials.
• Show proficiency in using CAD software like AutoCAD and BIM software like Revit.
• Display excellent technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with diverse teams.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Exhibit problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• Show fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, and any other language skills are a plus.
• Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures).
• Exhibits a solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, and material properties.
• Has experience with facade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and error-free drawings.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiar with 3D modeling software and experience creating detailed models is a plus.
