Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed joinery shop drawings, including cutting lists and material specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for production.
  • Collaborate with project managers and joiners to interpret design concepts and translate them into practical, buildable solutions for joinery projects.
  • Create 3D models and renderings of joinery elements to visualize designs and communicate effectively with clients and the production team.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and other project documents to understand project requirements and identify potential issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in joinery or drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in joinery drafting, with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and construction methods.
