Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed construction drawings and plans for landscape and pool projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
  • Translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings using CAD software, incorporating grading, drainage, irrigation, and planting details.
  • Create 3D models and renderings to visually communicate design intent and facilitate client approval.
  • Collaborate closely with landscape architects, designers, and project managers to refine plans and resolve design challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hold relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Certified Professional) or landscape design principles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience specifically in drafting for landscape and pool construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
