Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Specialized in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) systems, such as pipelines, storage tanks, distribution networks, and other associated infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Knowledge of LPG / Fire system components and installation practices.
- Familiarity with safety codes and regulations for LPG /Fire systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Possessing a strong knowledge of gas system components, installation practices, and relevant safety codes.
- Accurately interpreting technical specifications and translating them into detailed drawings.
- Paying close attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all drawings.
- Preparing project Estimations Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Preparing Operations & Maintenance Estimations
- UAE fire and safety code, Department of Energy (DOE) & ADNOC regulations
- Staying up-to-date with relevant gas system regulations and safety standards
- Working with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of gas installation projects.
- Developing detailed drawings for the fabrication of gas system components, including piping and supports.
- Designing piping layouts, including plan and profile drawings, and creating details for valves, valve pits, and other related components.
- Generating isometric drawings for piping systems, including details for hot tapping and other specialized connections.
- Preparing bills of materials based on the detailed drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree / Diploma in science OR Engineer – Mechanical, electrical/ Management.
- Certificate in occupational health and safety, safety management.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Gas / Fire Industries.
- Fully experts with 2D AutoCAD drawings and Project design.
- Salary: Depending on the candidate’s experience.
